MUSIC
David’s creative world refuses categorisation.
History-making Singer Songwriter. Award-winning Big Band vocalist.
Cult punk frontman. Storyteller. Provocateur. His career has moved fearlessly across genres, disciplines and movements, driven by a singular instinct for emotional connection and cultural impact.
In 2015, David emerged as one of the UK’s most exciting new singer-songwriters when he was selected by BBC Introducing as a standout national talent. Collaborating with members of the Grammy Award-winning Ladysmith Black Mambazo alongside performers from the West End production of The Lion King, he created and released the socially charged album SPARK — a project where music, activism and humanity collided.
At its heart was Lionhearts — an anthem that transcended music to become the rallying cry of an international movement. Chosen and championed by the legendary Archbishop Desmond Tutu, the song united schools, charities, campaigners and communities across the globe behind a historic mission: ending the trophy hunting of lions and endangered wildlife in South Africa.
What followed was extraordinary.
Through the power of art, storytelling and collective action, David helped galvanise a movement tens of thousands strong — proving that music, in the right hands, can do far more than entertain. It can move people. It can mobilise nations. It can help change history.

HISTORY-MAKING SINGER SONGWRITER
ACCLAIMED BIG BAND SINGER
David’s musical destiny was written long before he ever stepped onto a stage.
His grandfather, Moz — a visionary bandleader and master arranger — filled the air with the golden thunder of Big Band and swing, planting in David a lifelong devotion to the music’s glamour, romance, and pulse.
In his early twenties, David’s voice first reached a wider audience during a BBC Radio broadcast for Children in Need. Among those listening was Nottingham Big Band leader Terry Peters, who was so struck by the performance that he immediately invited David to sing with his orchestra. That single moment became the overture to an extraordinary career.
From there, David rose to perform with some of Europe’s most celebrated Big Band orchestras, captivating audiences at prestigious celebrity and society events across the world.
Whether fronting his own acclaimed SWING SE7EN Orchestra or commanding the stage alongside full-scale Big Bands, David has carried the timeless spirit of swing onto the international stage with the genre's unmistakable style and charisma.

AND 90'S CULT PUNK FRONTMAN
In David's teenage years he was lead singer and co-songwriter in the cult UK pop-punk band BULLYHEAD. After their debut EP Wunderkinds gave them national attention, they created a full album combining it's five tracks with some of the newer songs they were writing. The end result? 1997's Sweet Vandal. Then, in true Rock n Roll fashion, they split up!
